Deputy Director, Home Valuation Policy Division, HUD

Brian Barnes is a Certified Residential Appraiser with 35 years of valuation experience. As HUD’s FHA Single Family Program Development Deputy Director of Home Valuation Policy, Brian oversees the FHA Appraiser Roster including valuation policy, appraiser eligibility, roster maintenance, quality monitoring, and enforcement.
