Troy, Mich., July 25, 2022 – Class Valuation, a leading national Appraisal Management Company, announced a new quarterly webinar series, “Leaders in Lending” which kicked off earlier this month.
While “Leaders in Lending” will generally feature one webinar each quarter, the series is being kicked-off with two back-to-back webinars featuring thought leaders from the GSEs. The first webinar in the series, “Get to Know ACE+ PDR,” was held on Monday, July 18 at 3 p.m. EST. Class Valuation host Josh Livingston discussed Freddie Mac’s newACE+ PDR (automated collateral evaluation + property data report) waiver program with Scott Reuter from Freddie Mac, Kevin Peranio from PRMG, and Scot Rose from Class Valuation.
Soon to follow the second webinar, Fannie Mae’s inspection-based waiver program with Justin Alexander from Fannie Mae joining as a guest panelist, scheduled for August.
