HousingWire announced this week that Cristy Conolly, executive vice president of Appraisal Modernization at Class Valuation, has earned a 2023 Women of Influence award.

The Women of Influence awards recognize women in housing who, according to HousingWire, “represent the pinnacle of excellence and innovation.” Below is a snippet of Conolly's award article, highlighting a few of her many accomplishments.

“As a respected and influential leader, Cristy Conolly embodies her title as executive vice president of appraisal modernization at Class Valuation. Conolly focuses on a key part of valuation modernization — the responsible standardization of appraisal data. In doing so, she plays a crucial role in eradicating appraisal bias through the use of appraisal technology.
