John Fraas

Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer of Class Valuation, John Fraas is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and aiding in the execution of the company’s strategic plans. John is passionate about helping the company to continue to grow through innovation and exceptional service.

Andrew Bough

Chief Operating Officer

Andrew joined Class in November 2023 bringing decades of highly relevant industry experience. He began his career as a certified appraiser, giving him a unique understanding of the industry from the ground up. He has held senior leadership positions at several major companies, including Valuation Connect, Solidifi, and Chase. Throughout his career, Andrew has demonstrated ability to drive growth, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional client service. His strategic vision and hands-on approach help Class Valuation achieve unparalleled operational excellence in all aspects of its business.

Greg Baker

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Greg is responsible for overseeing accounting, finance, M&A and HR activities. He has 25 years of management experience in the services industry and a proven ability to build high-performance teams. Prior to joining Class in July 2022, Greg served as Chief Financial Officer for global businesses in the aviation, biotech, and technology industries. Greg also brings significant experience in the private equity domain and is a licensed CPA.

Jon Tallinger

Chief Growth Officer

Since helping to start Class as its first employee in 2009, Jon has played several key roles throughout the company. Now, his primary focus is planning and leading the company’s growth initiatives. Under Jon’s direction, Class’s Sales & Marketing Team helped the company grow by over 250% since the start of 2016. Jon and his team are planning for even bigger growth and success in the years to come.

John Hamameh

Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

As Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, John is responsible for all legal activities, legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and licensing matters related to Class Valuation. In his role, John is heavily intertwined with every facet of the business, overseeing legal matters around employment and HR, contractual negotiations, intellectual property, strategic implementation of policies and procedures, and licensing requirements both from a Federal and State level.

Kaushal Shah

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer of Class Valuation, Kaushal Shah leads the company's digital transformation efforts with tech modernization, agile delivery, and data engineering to bring powerful solutions to the AMC space. Shah has over 25 years of experience leading IT and marketing organizations with a track record of building highly skilled, passionate teams and leveraging data to drive purposeful innovation. Prior to joining Class, Shah has led engineering and product teams in banking, telecom, securities and brokerage domains.

Cindi Harris

EVP of Appraiser Experience

As EVP of Appraiser Experience at Class Valuation, Cindi Harris leads our Operations Team for appraisal assignment, partnerships, and overall appraiser experience. With 30 years of industry expertise and having performed thousands of appraisals, co-founded a national AMC, and held every position in between including Chief Appraiser and Chief Operating Officer, Cindi’s versatility and ambition have helped to re-engineer our approach, strengthen appraiser partnerships, and introduce new initiatives to the industry.

Tim Staudenmaier

Chief Digital Officer

As Chief Digital Officer, Tim focuses on technology and processes that support the modernization of valuation and collateral risk assessment. Prior to joining Class, Tim served as Fannie Mae’s manager of Collateral Strategy and Innovation, where he helped design and roll out Collateral Underwriter, Fannie Mae Connect collateral reporting, and Appraisal Process Modernization. He has ten years of experience as a residential and commercial fee appraiser and worked six years in appraisal review and collateral underwriting.

Cristy Conolly

EVP, Valuation Modernization

As a certified residential appraiser with over 20 years in the industry, Cristy has held roles as Chief Appraiser, Senior Vice President of Compliance, and Senior Vice President of Operations at national appraisal management companies. Her diverse experience gives her the unique perspective to understand the needs and challenges of the valuation profession from various viewpoints. Cristy leads Class Digital Operations and is passionate about thoughtful and responsible modernization, collaborating with industry stakeholders to improve outdated processes and bring equality and diversity into the industry. Cristy has served on multiple boards, including the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (FREAB), acting as Chairwoman during her term.

Melinda Lesinski

EVP, Head of Operations
Melinda Lesinski serves as the Executive Vice President, overseeing Operations, Fulfillment and Client Service teams at Class Valuation. With over two decades of experience in the valuation industry, Melinda is a certified appraiser renowned for her expertise and leadership.  Her career spans prominent roles with major regulated U.S. lenders and appraisal management companies, including Chase, Solidifi, and Valuation Connect. Melinda’s extensive background reflects a strong track record in implementing innovative business practices and driving significant growth.  As a strategic leader, Melinda is dedicated to enhancing operational excellence and client satisfaction, ensuring that Class Valuation remains at the forefront of the industry.

John Dingeman

Chief Appraiser

As Chief Appraiser at Class Valuation, John oversees quality control and compliance operations, managing appraisal escalations, vendor quality assurance, client concerns, and mandatory reporting requirements. He holds credentials as a Certified Residential Appraiser in 12 states and is a Registered Property Tax Agent in Arizona. Additionally, John serves as a Qualifying and Continuing Education Instructor for McKissock Learning.

John is the former President of both the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers (CoAA). His leadership extends to several board positions, including the Arizona Board of Manufactured Housing, the Phoenix Village Planning Committee, his Homeowners Association, and Arizona Helping Hands, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting foster children.

Sally Carothers

EVP, Class Union

Sally Carothers, EVP of Class Union, leads Credit Union valuation services. Former CEO of Trunion, she's an RICS Fellow with 30+ years of appraisal experience. A Certified General Appraiser and advocate for the profession, she's involved with appraiser organizations and actively combats valuation bias. Class Valuation promotes appraiser diversity and Fair Housing education.

Matthew Albino

EVP, Head of Sales

Matt is a proven and trusted Sales Executive with 15+ years of Financial & Mortgage Services experience. He has a strong reputation for tenaciously driving growth and being a key contributor to Sales and Business Development strategies. Matt is committed to building long-standing and dependable relationships which he believes are paramount to both personal and professional development.

Molly Hoskins

EVP of Client Experience

Molly leads the Client Services teams at Class Valuation, including all traditional and specialty operations groups. As a Certified Residential Appraiser, she has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate, including appraisal, real estate investment, and Appraisal Management Company Operations. Before joining the Class Valuation leadership team, she was Chief Operating Officer and Partner in a nationwide AMC. Molly’s passions in Operations include finding operational efficiencies, leveraging tech, and creating consistency in processes to create the best client and appraiser experiences. Molly serves on various industry boards, including her local economic vitality committee and Heartland MLS Board of Directors.
